Final match of the season and we ́re (7th position) playing against Nomaderna (6th position)

We wanted to get the points and started with probably one of the best plays in the season, moving the ball from one side to the other with short passes, until Ale received the ball, dribbled and passed to Christian who shot on a corner to score 1-0, not so long after that Alexander A managed to score 2-0 and Pavel after pressing high scored 3-0. It looked like a good start and after some distractions we managed to stay 3-0 at half-time.

2nd half, we started a bit relaxed due to result and opponents noticed, so they managed to score twice while Selim was saving us from even worse scenarios, 3-2. Despite the opponents attacks, we also had some opportunities to score and finally Alejandro managed to score and stop the opponents attempt to come back. 4-3 final result. We get the last 3 points and we finished in 7th position.

In summary, this was a tough season, with opponents which were even better than past season while we tried to create a mix of experienced and new players doing their first Korpen-game this year, including:  Lukas, Kristoffer, Alejandro, Alexander A, Pavel, Chris and Jimmy tonight. We are now planning for next year, when we expect to continue building this team and there are high chances to create a new one (a 2nd team) in other division so more people can be involved in organized matches and have fun.
