I am going to run today around Råstasjön lake located in Råsunda, Solna. It's 10 minutes walk from solna centrum. It's 2.5 km around the lake. Plan is to run moderately twice around the lake (5k) then do 2-3km intervals. Anyone is more than welcome to join.

Hi guys, Our 2 goal keepers are still injured and none of them can play tomorrow. Paul Y. has some rib pain and not sure if he will be able to play as a goalie tomorrow. So I'm wondering if there's anyone else with some goalkeeping skills that can be the goalie tomorrow?

Anyone need a ride from Kista to the game today? I'll drive from Kista at 19:30.
