2/ Beginners/Continuation, Manage to play the ball over net but feel uncomfortable with some shots.
3/ Continuation, Understand the basics but feel uncomfortable with the some shots from the glass.
4/ Average, Understand the basics, Manage to hit the ball harder with some control, Understand and practice tactical games.
5/ Advantage/Average, Playing some games, Manage to keep the ball on court even with higher pace.
6/ Advantage, Playing 2-3 times/week 7/ Advantage, Playing 3 times/week or more
