Mitt namn är Fredrik Sträng, och jag erbjuder guidade turer till Sveriges Tak – nordtoppen – samt Galdhöpiggen (Nordens högsta berg).

Kort om mig: 2x världsrekord i klättring (7 Summits på 191 dagar och Norges 377 stycken 2000m berg på 68 dagar), klättrat sju 8000m berg, 2x TEDx talare, författare och filmare (dokumentärer för TV4, SVT, NatGeo, Discovery) samt guidad företag och privatpersoner till jordens toppar i 25 års tid.

Jag kontaktar er därför att jag tror att ni skulle vara intresserade av att bestiga Kebnekaises nordtopp eller Galdhöpiggen. Dock är inte sydtoppen högst längre. Den är 3e högst. Vem vill lägga dyra pengar och månader av träning på att nå den 3e högsta toppen? Därför arrangerar jag skräddarsydda paket med bergsguider som tar oss till Sveriges Tak - Nordtoppen.

Ett vanligt uppdrag går ut på att jag coachar och tränar er ungefär 1 år innan avfärd. Det innebär en uppstart med ett inspirations föredrag här är några exempel videos:

Sedan berättar jag hur långt, jobbigt, svårt Kebnekaise är, hur man tränar inför det och vad för utrustning man behöver (jag kan även hjälpa till med fina rabatter på kläder/utr. som kängor och ryggsäckar). Jag kan även lägga upp individuellt träningsprogram för de som vill. Jag bokar allt, resor, transporter, båt (över sjön Laddjujavri som minskar vandringen till Keb fjällstation med 6 km), samt boende/mat på Keb. Vi har sedan gemensamma träningstillfällen i en lokal backe hos er. Jag dokumenterar hela resan och gör sedan en video som ni kan använda fritt samt en fotobok om ni är intresserad av det.

Varför ska man då upp på Keb nordtopp?
Nordtoppen är högst. Det är en resa som de absolut flesta aldrig skulle komma på tanken att göra om inte företaget satsade på personalen. Effekter som vi mätt genom åren är att det minskar sjukfrånvaron, skapar en great-place-to-work, attraherar ny kompetent personal, behåller kompetent och driven personal, skapar en vi-känsla, ökar produktivitet och stärker personalens självförtroende. Det är också en bra story-to-tell.

STATUS UPDATE 27/10 as of today 21 are registered for Öppet Spår and 13 for Vasaloppet. Please share this to people who might not see this. You do not have to be a member of ESIK to take part in these trips. Ericsson pays for the busses and you will not find a better deal anywhere. 

Welcome to register for Öppet Spår  Sunday February 22nd 2026 and Vasaloppet Sunday March 1st 2026. We have 40 beds available and a seat on the bus for each trip.

Booking status update (10/27) currently 49 people are registered. First information to those booked is going out this week. We still have 11 places left, so please avail of these if you are interested. The detailed planning for the courses will also begin to plan the groups.

Now you can book the Orsa trip for December. Pleased to announce already now that we will have Ericsson busses to both Vasaloppet and Öppet Spår 2026. Note that that there is a 20% saving on registration until March 27th, and after that it will be the normal race costs.

So that we can give everyone who is registering for the race already now the opportunity to be part of the Ericsson trips, we will open the registration already now. First it is just to indicate that you want to queue for the accommodation and the bus. 

Note that the race cost and registration is something you do as a private person, but you can use Benify to cover some of the cost as normal. 

Prices will be roughly as they have been in recent years. Ericsson personnel have preference, but we welcome friends and family if we have space. We have 40 seats on both races.
